Happy Friday! One of my New Year's goals is to be better about updating my blog. Writing and sharing is something I have always enjoyed, but finding the time is sometimes difficult. I have a few ideas in mind however, to make this year more successful with blogging! Speaking of things on my mind, this year marks my 5th year in business....I really can't believe it! More on this subject later though. For now, here are a few of my favorite images from one of my favorite young clients!

Hello everyone! It's been a while since I popped in to my blog to say hello and give an update! Yesterday was my first day back at work, and it felt nice to get back into a routine after a lovely month off.
I'm going to keep my words short right now, and instead, share quite a few of my favorite images from the mini-sessions I did this past fall. I still have a few more mini-sessions to get ready and share here on the internet...but for now, I hope you enjoy these beautiful kids and families!

We first met with Melissa and Chris nearly 2 years before their wedding day and in that time, we got to know them pretty well. I believe that people's paths cross for a reason, and with Melissa and Chris, there is no doubt that we were meant to become friends...they hold a spacial place in my heart. Their wedding day was absolutely beautiful and Melissa was the one who designed and executed all of the details and design. I hope you enjoy some of my favorites images from their day...I'll be adding more pictures from their wedding to my facebook page if you'd like to check them out later.

This is just my opinion, but I happen to love real-life newborn photos that depict life at this beautiful time. Don't get me wrong, I love a lot of the popular newborn photography trends out there....but nothing pulls my heart strings like capturing the bonding that occurs when a newborn baby arrives. Here's a few favorites from my time spent with this lovely family.
