I'm thankful my husband left his big firm job last year because it meant we could spend more time together and build a stronger marriage.
I'm thankful that I surprisingly got pregnant 3 months after we were married because it's what catapulted me to start my own business.
I'm thankful for the experience of losing loved ones because it reminds me that life is short and to never take 1 day for granted.
I'm thankful that my home gets messy with toys everywhere because one day my kids will grow up and I know I will miss having their toys all around.
I'm thankful that I'm extra sensitive because it allows me to empathize and understand the hurt that others are going through.
I'm thankful for my tears because they remind me that I am alive and can make a difference in this world, even if it is small.
I'm thankful for today, no matter what happens.
