Photographing the girls getting ready is one of my favorite parts of the wedding day...I suppose it's because the getting ready part was one of the highlights of my own wedding. Every wedding varies so much in style and personality, but the laughter amongst a bride and her girlfriends is always present.
This past weekend we went to Redondo Beach to photograph the wedding of Mr. & Mrs. Truelove....and while there are still many more photographs that I want to share, this post is dedicated to the girls. The lovely little room they got ready in was wonderful not only because of the charming decor, but because it was filled with beautiful natural light (us photographers love rooms with big windows and lots of natural light :) More beautiful than the light though, was the bride and all her bridesmaids. The energy in the room was of excitement and anticipation for the day that was to come which made photographing it that much more fun.
Katie, I loved photographing your wedding....your beauty shines wherever you go and your friendship to me has been a gift from Heaven.
The focus on Katie in these next two is soft but I love them anyways...a beautiful image doesn't always mean it has to be tact sharp....
