 How cute cute are these hair pieces from StarLit Nest!?!  They are so well made and the bright colors and adorable patterns make them my new favorite hair accessory for little girls!  I'm in awe of how talented Alison is...her etsy store is one of my favorites!  

A few weeks ago, I grabbed my two favorite girls and had a fun little photo-shoot!  If you're familiar with 4 year old girls, then you'll know that each one has to have a turn with the different hair pieces and that multiple outfit changes is a must :)

What are you up to this weekend?  We're continuing to get our home organized and ready for baby #2 (did I mention the nesting has already kicked into high gear?) and then we have a friend coming to visit on Sunday.  Maybe I'll even bake some banana bread with Riley.  It should be a relaxing weekend...and I hope yours is too!

And how about Spring...is the weather warming up where you are?  It changes week to week here, but it looks like the sun will shine this weekend, which makes me SO happy!  I'm gearing up for a few fun springtime shoots (btw, make sure to check my blog next week because I'll be looking for a few kid models...details to come) and I can't wait to get back outside with
 my camera.

The Girl who Stole My Heart

Oh Valentine's Day, whether or not you are a Holiday invented by Hallmark...I still very much adore you.  With all your girly colors, delicious treats, and love filled notes....you are always welcomed in my home :)

I am celebrating Valentine's day early this year because quite frankly, all of the pretty decor and chocolate is simply irresistible.  Since next weekend I'll be in L.A to photograph a wedding, we made our Valentine's Day cards this past Saturday and then afterwards, I headed out to photograph the little girl who stole my heart :)  

Stay tuned because I have 1 more Valentines Day blog post coming up at the end of the week.
